Skills development is vital to any industry. At Transalloys, we spend 2.5% of our wage bill on upskilling our employees through a range of talent development initiatives and bursaries that contribute to their personal and professional development.


Much of our learning and development focus is dedicated to giving employees the knowledge and tools they need to work safely while achieving higher levels of productivity. Functional or specialist areas include technical training, executive, leadership and supervisory development.
