WHO WE ARE

Transalloys is a major producer of manganese ferroalloys on the African continent and operates a smelter complex situated on the highveld coalfields of South Africa’s Mpumalanga province. 

The manganese ore we use in our five open arc furnaces comes from the Northern Cape’s Kalahari manganese field which accounts for approximately 80% of the world’s high-grade manganese ore reserves.
